优质护理配合模式在胃镜下胃息肉电切术患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理配合方法在胃镜下胃息肉电切术患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月江西省抚州市第一人民医院收治的胃镜下摘除胃息肉的62例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。观察组患者接受优质护理配合干预,对照组患者接受常规护理,评估两组患者围手术期的相关指标。结果观察组患者术后肛门排气时间以及下床活动时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的面对、回避、屈服评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃镜下胃息肉电切术患者围手术期护理干预阶段,优质护理配合模式的实施有助于促进康复,减少胃镜电切术手术对患者的创伤,消除不良情绪,达到促进康复的目的,具有显著优势。Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing cooperation in the nursing of patients undergoing gastroscopic electroresection of gastric polyps.Methods A total of 62 patients with gastric polyps removed under gastroscopy from January to December 2019 in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The observation group received high-quality nursing cooperation intervention,and the control group received routine nursing.Perioperative related indicators of the two groups were evaluated.Results The time of postoperative anal exhaust and time of ambulation in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Face,avoidance and yield scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing intervention stage of patients undergoing gastroscopic electroresection of gastric polyps,the implementation of high-quality nursing mode can help to promote rehabilitation,reduce the trauma of patients undergoing gastroscopic electroresection,eliminate adverse emotions,and achieve the purpose of promoting rehabilitation,which has significant advantages.
