摘　　要：目的:分析热毒宁注射液在儿童患者中的用药合理性,为临床儿童合理用药提供参考。方法:抽取某院2019年1月-2020年12月期间应用热毒宁注射液的0~5岁住院患儿病历进行回顾性分析,结合药品说明书以及相关指导原则对药品用法用量、疗程、溶媒选择等方面进行合理性评价,并结合患儿年龄、体质量等信息,计算儿童药物利用指数(cDUI)。结果:纳入的760例病例中,给药频次和给药浓度的合理率为100%,适应证不适宜203例(26.71%),用药疗程不适宜182例(23.95%),给药前后未冲管11例(1.45%),给药剂量不合理2例(0.26%)。不同年龄和体质量分组的患儿cDUI均大于1。结论:我院热毒宁注射液在0~5岁儿童中存在不合理用药现象,应重点关注用药适应证和用药疗程合理性,本研究建立的以cDUI为基础的评价方法在评估儿童用药合理性方面有一定的参考价值。Objective:To analyze the utilization of Reduning injection in pediatric patients,so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use in children.Methods:Data of inpatient children aged 0-5 years old using Reduning injection from January 2019 to December 2020 in a children's hospital were retrospectively collected and statistically analyzed in terms of dose,medication course,solvent based on drug insert and the patients'age and body weight.And the children drug utilization index(cDUI)was calculated.Results:A total of 760 cases were included.Among them,all of the cases had appropriate administration frequency and concentration.The indications were unsuitable in 203 cases(26.71%),the course of treatment was unsuitable in 182 cases(23.95%),the tubes were not flushed before and after administration in 11 cases(1.45%),and the dosage was unreasonable in 2 cases(0.26%).The cDUIs of children of different ages and weights were all above 1.Conclusion:There was irrational drug use of Reduning injection in children aged 0-5 years old in our hospital.And more attentions should be paid to the indication and the medication course of Reduning injection.The evaluation method based on cDUI established in this study could provide certain references in evaluating the rationality of drug use in children.
