摘　　要：高海拔环境是导致认知功能障碍的重要应激因素之一,在急性应激状态下人体行为和认知功能的影响可快速恢复,但长期处于慢性应激状态下,如高原环境中,机体内环境失稳,如高山病及高原脑水肿等疾病相继出现,进一步诱发认知功能障碍。而认知功能障碍的恢复周期长,临床疗效不佳,成为临床医生和科研学者亟待解决的难题。近年来,高原环境对认知功能影响的相关研究取得进展,探究高原暴露下认知功能障碍的发病机制及其治疗也显得尤为重要。因此,本文就高原暴露下认知功能障碍的研究现状作一综述。High altitude environment is one of the important stress factors leading to cognitive dysfunction.Under acute stress,the influence of human behavior and cognitive function can be recovered quickly,but under chronic stress conditions such as high altitude environment,the body environmental instability,such as mountain sickness and high altitude cerebral edema,has appeared one after another,which further induces cognitive dysfunc⁃tion.The long recovery period of cognitive dysfunction and poor clinical efficacy have become an urgent problem for clinicians and scientific researchers.In recent years,significant progress has been made in research on the im⁃pact of altitude environment on cognitive function,and it is particularly important to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of cognitive dysfunction under altitude exposure.Therefore,this article reviews the current research sta⁃tus of cognitive dysfunction under high altitude exposure.
