摘  要:雷公藤甲素具有多种药理活性,但水溶性差、毒性大等缺点限制了其临床使用。经过化学结构修饰,制备成衍生物,是提高雷公藤甲素生物利用度,降低毒性的一种有效方法。纳米给药系统能改善药物溶解性,提高药效,降低毒副作用,并作用于靶部位。将雷公藤甲素及其衍生物制备成纳米制剂后,可提高其临床应用价值。本文就雷公藤甲素及其衍生物纳米制剂的研究进展做一综述,为雷公藤甲素及其衍生物纳米制剂的研究及广泛应用提供理论依据。Triptolide has a variety of pharmacological activities,however,its clinical use is restricted due to its poor water solubility and high toxicity.Modified chemical restructure and nano-formulation of triptolide is an effective way to improve its bioavailability and reduce toxicity.Nano drug delivery systems could improve water solubility of drugs,increase efficacy,reduce toxic side effects and directly act upon target sites.Nano-formulations of triptolide and its derivatives could obviously increase its clinical application value.This paper is a comprehensive review of the recent research progress in triptolide and the nano-formulations of its derivatives,which could provide solid theoretical evidence for further research and wide application of nano-formulations of triptolide and its derivatives.
