摘  要:针对大型电站轴流式引风机的进气箱结构进行了多方案对比研究,建立了相应的数值计算模型,采用CFX对这些进气箱模型进行了数值模拟计算,研究了进气箱压力损失和其内部流场特性,并在模型风机试验台上对其中三种方案进行了实验验证。研究结果表明:增大进气箱进口面积后,进气箱总压损失系数减小,内部流动变得更均匀,风机的效率和全压也有提升,试验测试结果和数值模拟比较吻合。A comparative study of the inlet box structure of the axial fan for large power station was carried out.The numerical simulation calculation include the pressure loss and internal flow field characteristics of these inlet box models was carried out using CFX,and three of the analysis schemes have been experimentally verified on the model fan test rig.The research results show that after increasing the inlet area of the inlet box,the total pressure loss coefficient at the inlet box decreases,the internal flow becomes more uniform,the efficiency and total pressure of the fan is also improved.The experimental test results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation.
