论政法院校知识产权专业警种人才培养路径的完善  

On the Perfection of the Training Path for Professional Police Majoring in Intellectual Property in Political and Legal Colleges

摘　　要：设置知识产权专业警种是新形势下我国应对知识产权犯罪专业化的必然举措,亦是优化营商环境的重要保障。当前,我国政法院校还未能充分发挥出在知识产权专业警种人才培养方面的积极作用。面对新的挑战,政法院校应以服务公安实践为目标,高度重视公安队伍中知识产权专门人才的培养,与时俱进地调整人才培养方式。在加强知识产权刑事执法的课程建设、扩宽知识复合型生源的选拔、强化师资建设、建立常态化的职业培训机制等方面发力,不断优化人才培养的路径,引领我国知识产权专业警种的人才培养由稚嫩走向成熟。Setting up professional police of intellectual property type is not only an inevitable measure to deal with the specialization of intellectual property crimes in China under the new situation,but also an important guarantee to optimize the business environment.At present,China's political and law colleges have not fully played their positive role in the training of police talents majoring in intellectual property.Facing the new challenges,political science and law colleges should aim at serving the public security practice,attach great importance to the training of intellectual property professionals in the public security team,and adjust the mode of talent cultivation with the times.We will continue to make efforts in strengthening the curriculum construction in intellectual property criminal law enforcement,broadening the selection channel of knowledge compound students,strengthening the construction of teachers,and establishing a normalized vocational cultivation mechanism,so as to constantly optimize the path of talent cultivation and lead the talent cultivation of China's intellectual property professional police from immature to mature.
