摘 要:电容器密封橡胶的特性对电容器寿命有重要影响。研究了硅橡胶密封胶片(SR)、丁基橡胶密封胶片(IIR)、三元乙丙橡胶密封胶片(EPDM)耐洗板水性能及对氯的阻隔性,并通过燃烧裂解与离子色谱联用、SEM表征、热重分析测试、溶胀测试分析影响机理。实验发现,硅橡胶(SR)对洗板水有很强的吸附性,15 min后,SR质量的增加超过150%,而三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和丁基橡胶(IIR)质量增量在50%左右。在阻隔性测试中,IIR表现出了良好的对氯的阻隔性,EPDM次之,SR最差。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析仪对密封橡胶的断面结构、填料添加量及热稳定性进行研究,发现EPDM和IIR含有大量的无机填料,这可能是两者阻隔性好的主要原因之一。在150℃的温度范围内,EPDM在升温的过程中失重最小,热稳定性最好,SR次之,IIR失重最多。The characteristics of the capacitor sealing rubber are crucial for its service life.In this paper,the circuit board cleaner resistance and the barrier property to chlorine of the silicone rubber sealing film(SR),isobutylene isoprene rubber sealing film(IIR),EPDM sealing film(EPDM)were studied.The mechanism was analyzed through the combination of combustion pyrolysis and ion chromatography,SEM characterization,thermogravimetric analysis test,and swelling test.The results show that SR has strong adsorption to the circuit board cleaner.After 15 min,the weight of SR is increased by more than 150%,and the weight increase of EPDM and IIR is about 50%.In the barrier properties test,IIR shows the best chlorine barrier properties,followed by EPDM,and SR is the worst.The cross-sectional structure,filler addition and thermal stability of the sealing rubber were studied by scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analyzer.The results of SEM show that EPDM and IIR contain a lot of inorganic fillers,which explains the good barrier properties of the two.The results of thermogravimetric analysis show that EPDM loses the least weight and has the best thermal stability during the heating process up to 150℃,followed by SR,and IIR loses the most weight.
