摘　　要：开发了一种硫黄回收装置烷基化废酸处理技术。通过特殊燃烧器及脱铁还原催化剂的开发,可以实现烷基化废酸引入硫黄回收装置处理的要求;明确了烷基化废酸引入对硫黄回收装置的影响,提出了解决方案;以齐鲁炼油厂硫黄回收装置为例,设计了烷基化废酸引入硫黄回收装置具体方案。A kind of technology for treating alkylated waste acid in sulfur recovery unit was developed.Through the development of a special burner and deferrization reduction catalyst,treatment requirement of introducing alkylated waste acid into the sulfur recovery unit could be realized.The influence of introduction of alkylated waste acid into sulfur recovery unit was clarified and the solution was put forward.Taking sulfur recovery unit of Qilu Refinery as an example,a specific scheme of introducing alkylated waste acid into sulfur recovery unit was designed.
