摘　　要：采用Innovene S工艺,开发、生产汽车油箱专用树脂HDPE HM4565UA,分析其结构、力学性能及加工应用情况,并与国内外同类产品进行性能对比。试验结果表明:HDPE HM4565UA树脂的熔体质量流动速率(21.6 kg)为6.0 g/10 min、密度为0.944 g/cm^(3)、弯曲模量达850 MPa以上、简支梁缺口冲击强度大于50 kJ/m^(2),各项性能达到既定指标要求。Development and production of the special resin HDPE HM4565UA for automobile fuel tank was carried out by Innovene S process.Structure,mechanical properties and processability of HM4565UA were analyzed and compared with those of similar products at home and abroad.The experimental results showed that properties of HDPE HM4565UA were as follows,melt flow rate under 21.6 kg load was 6.0 g/10min,density was 0.944 g/cm^(3),flexural modulus was above 850 MPa,charpy notched impact strength was above 50 kJ/m^(2),each property met the established index requirements.
