摘  要:介绍COS水解催化剂的载体、反应机理、活性组分。以国产LS-05催化剂的实验室数据以及进口PURASPEC-2312催化剂的工业应用前后的分析数据,探讨COS水解催化剂影响活性的主要因素及其失活原因:影响COS水解催化剂活性的因素主要有反应温度、反应空速、反应压力以及原料气中CO_(2)、H_(2)S、H_(2)O、O_(2)的含量;当原料气中的CO_(2)、H_(2)S、H_(2)O等占据碱性活性位点或O_(2)存在下硫沉积而生成硫酸盐后,皆会造成COS水解催化剂活性降低而失活;COS水解催化剂使用过程中的组成及孔结构的变化也均会造成COS水解催化剂的活性下降而失活。The carrier,reaction mechanism and active components of COS hydrolysis catalyst were introduced.Based on the data such as the laboratory data of domestic LS-05 COS hydrolysis catalyst,the analysis data of imported PURASPEC-2312 catalyst before and after the industrial application,the main factors affecting activity of COS hydrolysis catalyst and the reasons for its deactivation were discussed.The main factors affecting activity of COS hydrolysis catalyst were reaction temperature,reaction space velocity,reaction pressure,the content of CO_(2),H_(2)S,H_(2)O and O_(2) in feed gas.When CO_(2),H_(2)S and H_(2)O in feed gas occupying the alkaline active sites or sulfur depositing to form sulfate in the presence of O_(2),the catalyst activity would be reduced and inactivated.Activity of COS hydrolysis catalyst could also be reduced and inactivated by change of the composition and pore structure in use.
