摘 要:针对中国石化齐鲁分公司炼油第一污水处理场排放污水中氟化物质量浓度不能满足GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》V类水质要求的问题,根据现有污水处理系统的实际状况,选用投加除氟剂XN324的方案,并探讨了除氟剂XN324的投加位置及加药质量浓度。工业试验结果表明:采用投加除氟剂XN324后经絮凝沉淀的去除工艺,利用原有的加药系统,就可以在短期内实现微砂加炭沉淀池出水稳定、环保达标。Aiming at the problem that fluoride concentration in the sewage discharging from the first refinery sewage treatment plant of SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company could not meet the Class V water quality requirements of GB 3838—2002 Environmental quality standard for surface water,according to actual situation of the existing sewage treatment system,the scheme of adding fluoride remover XN324 was selected.The dosing position and dosage of fluoride remover XN324 were discussed.The industrial test results showed that by using the removal process of flocculation and sedimentation after adding fluoride remover XN324,the stable effluent of micro sand adding carbon sedimentation tank was realized by using the original dosing system,and the environmental protection standard was reached in a short time.
