摘 要:为了提高铁尾矿砂在混凝土中的掺量,选取4种不同替代方式,研究铁尾矿砂替代天然河砂对混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:在铁尾矿砂低于30%掺量时,不同替代方式制备的铁尾矿砂混凝土的抗压强度均大于标准组混凝土的抗压强度。采用相近细度模数等质量替代、对应粒径等质量替代、等质量替代粒径≥1.18mm的河砂及等质量替代粒径<1.18mm的河砂,这4种替代方式制备的铁尾砂细骨料混凝土较标准组混凝土抗压强度分别增长13.5%、10.2%、16.9%、8.9%,对应的最佳铁尾矿砂掺量质量分数分别为:30%、40%、10%、20%。不同替代方式下,铁尾矿砂混凝土抗压强度随铁尾矿砂掺量变化的趋势不同,但不同铁尾矿砂掺量下制备的铁尾矿砂混凝土的强度均满足C30混凝土强度等级要求。In order to increase the content of iron tailings sand in concrete,four different alternative methods were selected to study the influence of using iron tailings sand to replace natural river sand on the compressive strength of concrete.The test results show that the compressive strength of the concrete with iron tailings sand prepared by different alternative methods is greater than that of the standard group of concrete when the content of iron tailings sand is less than 30%.Four alternative methods include similar fineness modulus equal quality substitution,corresponding particle size equal quality substitution,equal quality substitution of river sand≥1.18mm,and equal quality substitution of river sand<1.18mm.Compared with the standard group,the compressive strength of fine aggregate concrete with iron tailings sand prepared by above alternative methods is increased by 13.5%,10.2%,16.9%,and 8.9%,respectively,and the corresponding optimal contents of iron tailings sand are 30%,40%,10%,and 20%.Under different alternative methods,the compressive strength of concrete with different contents of iron tailings sand varies in different trends,but all can meets the requirements of C30concrete strength grade.
