摘　　要：随着各行业的不断发展,管理模式中也产生了大量的办公数据和信息,而传统的信息管理方式已经无法满足现代企业的实际需求。为此,各行业也与时俱进,开始运用计算机信息处理技术,它不仅能避免传统信息管理中的问题,还能为信息管理带来巨大的便利,渐渐地,这项技术就取代了传统的信息管理模式。因此,文章阐述了办公自动化中计算机信息处理技术的优势和具体应用,并提出相关的优化途径,希望可以进一步促进现代企业更好的发展。With the continuous development of various industries,a large amount of office data and information have also been generated in their management mode,and traditional information management methods can no longer meet the actual needs of modern enterprises.For this reason,various industries are advancing with the times and beginning to use computer information processing technology,which can not only avoid hidden dangers in traditional information management,but also bring great convenience to information management.Gradually,this technology has replaced traditional information management.Information management model.Therefore,this article expounds the advantages and specific applications of computer information processing technology in office automation,and proposes related optimization methods,hoping to further promote the better development of modern enterprises.
