饲料行业上市公司多元化发展现状分析

摘　　要：饲料行业的发展关系到种养殖业的发展,直接影响到民生。因此关注饲料企业发展的现状,对于保障基本民生有重大意义。基于此,本文对国内饲料行业上市公司发展现状进行分析,发现饲料行业上市公司100%地进行了跨业经营,也即多元化经营。整体而言,饲料行业多元化经营并没有提升该行业总体的盈利能力,反而拖累了行业整体主营业务收入的增长。但大北农集团的多元化相对成功,成功的关键在于该集团的多元化是围绕农业展开,与主营业务相关度高;同时,该公司主要采取新设公司的形式,避免了并购带来的冲突;此外,该公司注重人才和创新的积累。The development of feed industry has a direct impact on the breeding industry,thus affecting people’s livelihood.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to the development status of the feed enterprises for the protection of basic people’s livelihood.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development status of the listed companies of the domestic feed industry,and finds that 100% of them have carried out the cross-industry operation.On the whole,the diversified operation of the feed industry has not improved the profitability of the industry as a whole,but it has slowed down the growth of the main business income.However,the diversification of Da Bei Nong Group was relatively successful.The key to success is that the diversification of Da Bei Nong Group focused on the agriculture,which was highly related to its main business.At the same time,the company mainly avoided the conflict of mergers and acquisitions by setting up the new companies.In addition,the company paid attention to the accumulation of talents and innovation.
