摘 要:为了解决离心泵在自吸过程中存在的吸上真空度低、易产生气蚀等问题,通过在离心泵外部搭建管路改变结构的方法,设计了一种新型的离心泵自吸装置。该装置采用了S7-200 PLC作为控制系统,可实现对离心泵及管路中电动阀门的协调控制,具有良好的稳定性和可操作性,极大地提高了离心泵在操作过程中的使用效率,有效地解决了离心泵每次启动前的灌泵问题,避免了因气体混入泵内产生的气蚀现象。In order to solve the problems of low vacuum and easy cavitation in self-priming process of centrifugal pump,a new self-priming device of centrifugal pump was designed by setting up pipes outside the centrifugal pump to change the structure.The device adopts S7-200 PLC as the control system,which can realize the centrifugal pump and piping in the coordinated control of electric valve.It has a good stability and maneuverability,greatly improves the efficiency of centrifugal pump in the process of operation,effectively solves the problem of irrigation before each start of the centrifugal pump,and avoids the phenomenon of cavitation caused by gas mixing into the pump.
