摘　　要：文章针对新钢50吨电弧炉炼钢流程数据采集问题,提出了基于OPC技术,采用KepServer工具对电弧炉炼钢流程数据进行采集,利用SQL数据库与Visual Studio 2013软件进行数据保存与通讯程序开发。构建一个基于KepServer的电弧炉炼钢过程数据采集系统。To address the data acquisition issue of 50t EAF steelmaking process in XinSteel,an OPC technology based data acquisition system mainly using KepSever tool was proposed,with SQL database and Visual Studio 2013 software being used for data storage and communication program development.Then,a data acquisition system of EAF steel-making process based on KepSever was successfully built.
