摘  要:在全球变暖与高强度人类活动影响下,水文气象灾害加剧,水利行业监管难度增大,亟需加强水文、气象学科的交叉融合。在强化水利学科、气象学科设的同时,培养掌握先进信息技术、具有水利和气象交叉背景的高层次工程技术与管理人才尤为重要。该文从水文气象学科设置的必要性、人才需求分析、特色与优势、行业衔接、人才培养及特色思想政治教育状况等进行探讨。Under the influence of global warming and high intensity human activities,hydrometeorological disasters have intensified,and the supervision of water conservancy industry has become more difficult.It is urgent to strengthen the cross integration of hydrology and meteorology.While strengthening the establishment of water conservancy and meteorology disciplines,it is particularly important to cultivate high-level engineering technology and management talents who master advanced information technology and have the cross background of water conservancy and meteorology.This paper discusses the necessity of the establishment of hydrometeorological disci‐plines,the demand for talents,the training of talents connected with characteristic and superior industries,the status of characteristic ideological and political education.
