摘　　要：不平衡报价法是在投标过程中用到的一种投标策略,不平衡报价法应用的前提是工程量清单报价,工程量清单报价的特点是量价分离,总价等于单价乘以招标文件中的工程量。在保持总价不变的情况下,对各项清单综合单价进行必要的调整,在中标后以资金的时间价值原理取得更大的现金流而获得理想的经济效益,有利于施工流动资金的周转,提高了财务应变能力。The unbalanced quotation method is a bidding strategy used in the bidding process.The premise of the application of the unbalanced quotation method is the quotation of the bill of quantities,the quotation of the bill of quantities is characterized by the separation of quantity and price,and the total price is equal to the unit price multiplied by the quantities in the bidding documents.Under the condition of keeping the total price unchanged,necessary adjustment is made to the comprehensive unit price of each list.After winning the bid,the principle of time value of capital is used to obtain more cash flow and obtain ideal economic benefits,which is conducive to the turnover of construction working capital and improves the financial strain ability.
