论本科院校图书馆个性化服务面临的困境与对策

摘　　要：本科院校图书馆个性化服务是在信息服务的基础上,满足不同用户对图书借阅、图书使用等方面的差异化需求。在这一视角下,该文结合本科院校图书馆的实际发展情况,对本科院校图书馆个性化服务所面临的困境进行分析,并提出个性化服务定位,充分利用大数据挖掘技术,并提高个性化推荐技术在图书馆服务中的应用水平,从而实现本科院校图书馆的信息化发展水平提升。The personalized service of undergraduate university library is based on the information service,to meet the differentiated needs of different users in book borrowing,book use and so on.In this perspective,combined with the actual development of undergraduate libraries,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by undergraduate li‐braries in personalized service,puts forward the positioning of personalized service,makes full use of big data mining technology,and improves the application level of personalized recommendation technology in library service,so as to improve the informatization development level of undergraduate university libraries.
