摘 要:针对白酒节能蒸馏系统输出管路压力控制的高精度、快响应要求,笔者以白酒节能蒸馏系统为研究对象,对其输出管路压力控制特性开展了相关研究,首先介绍了白酒节能蒸馏系统输出管路压力闭环控制原理,并搭建关键元件数学模型,控制器选用工控机控制的增量式PID控制器,采用果蝇和Ziegler-Nichols算法对PID控制器的参数进行了寻优,对压力控制模型施加阶跃信号、1 Hz和2 Hz的正弦信号进行仿真对比分析,研究结果表明:在1 Hz和2 Hz正弦信号下,两种控制算法优化的节能蒸馏系统输出管路压力控制跟踪性能均较好;果蝇算法优化的压力控制系统对正弦信号的响应性能优于Ziegler-Nichols算法,基于果蝇算法,节能蒸馏输出管路压力响应曲线超调量缩小了39%,调整时间下降了33%,稳态误差降低了17.7%。Aiming at the high precision and quick response requirements for the output pipeline pressure control of white spirit energy saving distillation system,the pressure control characteristics of the output pipeline are studied.First,the closed loop control principle of the output pipeline pressure of the distilled spirit system is introduced,and the mathematical model of the key components is built.The incremental PID controller controlled by industrial computer is selected as the controller,and the parameters of PID controller are optimized by the Drosophila and Ziegler Nichols algorithm.The step signal and 1Hz and 2Hz sinusoidal signals are applied to the pressure control model for simulation and comparative analysis.The research results show that under 1Hz and 2Hz sinusoidal signals,the output pipeline pressure control and tracking performance of the energy-saving distillation system optimized by the two control algorithms are good;the response performance of the pressure control system optimized by the Drosophila algorithm to sinusoidal signal is better than that of the Ziegler Nichols algorithm.Based on the Drosophila algorithm,the overshoot of pressure response curve of the output pipeline of energy-saving distillation is reduced by 39%,the adjustment time is reduced by 33%,and the steady-state error is reduced by 17.7%.
