摘 要:提出一种对渗碳层一致性有较高要求的齿轮生产工艺思路,综合考虑压力角、齿顶圆弧半径、过渡刀刃齿形角、留磨余量、凸起量、变位系数等生产因素,对磨前滚刀切制渐开线圆柱外齿轮的实现原理进行深入探究,方便精确计算齿廓各点曲率,提供了由磨前滚刀参数计算相应齿廓曲线方程的思路,给出了参数化方程在具体应用中的算例。此计算方式可有效帮助解决研究者在实际生产中遇到的部分难题。A gear production process idea with higher requirements for consistency of the carburized layer is proposed in this paper,which comprehensively considers the factors such as the pressure angle,the tooth tip arc radius,the transition blade tooth profile angle,the remaining grinding allowance,the protrusion amount,and the displacement coefficient,etc.In-depth exploration of the realization principle of pre-grinding hob cutting involute cylindrical external gears is carried out to accurately calculate the curvature of each point;the idea of calculating the corresponding tooth profile curve equation from the parameters of the pre-grinding gear hob;and calculation examples of the parameterized equation in the specific application are presented.This calculation method can effectively help researchers to solve some of the problems encountered in the actual production.
