顶驱承载和上卸扣扭矩传递结构设计及强度分析

摘  要:针对国内外顶部驱动钻井装置顶部驱动钻进装置的承载和上卸扣扭矩传递结构复杂问题。设计了顶驱全新的承载和上卸扣扭矩传递结构,此结构不但可以承受顶驱钻井最大工作载荷,还可以将上卸扣扭矩直接传递到钻机井架反扭矩梁,省去一套用于提供反扭矩的制动装置,优化了顶驱结构。并运用SolidWorks软件对此新设计的结构进行了建模,借助Simulation对其进行了强度分析。分析结果表明:新设计的顶驱承载和上卸扣扭矩传递结构强度可靠,结构设计新颖,为下一步顶驱样机试制提供了依据。Aiming at the complex problem of load bearing and upper shackle torque transfer structure of top drive drilling device(hereinafter referred to as top drive)at home and abroad,a new load-bearing and top-shackle torque transfer structure of top drive is designed in this article.This structure can not only bear the maximum working load of top drive drilling,but also directly transfer the top-shackle torque to the derrick counter torque beam of drilling rig,which would eliminat a set of brake device to provide counter torque,and thus optimizing the top drive structure.The new structure is modeled by SolidWorks software,and its strength is analyzed by Simulation.The analysis results show that the new designed load-bearing structure and the torque transfer structure of the upper shackle of the top drive is reliable,and the structure design is novel,which provides a basis for the next trial production of the top drive prototype.
