摘　　要：针对农户手工配置农药造成的环境污染、伤害人体、配药效率低以及因剂量控制不准确致使药效不明显等问题,设计开发了一种新型高效环保农药配置装置。重点介绍了产品的组成及功能实现,通过试验及试用操作者使用反映良好,此技术可以在现有背负式喷雾器上直接安装使用,也可以推广应用到在多种形式的喷雾器上,更换农药速度快,工作稳定可靠,绿色无污染,为山区或丘陵地区农户农药配置提供了技术支持。A new high-efficiency and environment-friendly pesticide configuration device is designed and developed aiming at the problems of environmental pollution,harm to human body,low efficiency of dispensing and unclear efficacy due to inaccurate dose control caused by farmers′manual pesticide configuration,which is proved to be excellent by test results and device operators.The structure and function of the new pesticide configuration device are mainly introduced in this article.The device can be applied on the knapsack sprayers and other sprayers,which has advantages in pesticide replacement,stable opetation,and environmental protection.It provides technical support for farmers′pesticide allocation in mountainous or hilly areas.
