摘  要:以某330 kV输电线路复合绝缘子断裂故障为例,描述了复合绝缘子芯棒破损、绝缘护套密封失效,非耐酸型芯棒的特性,并对造成故障的原因进行了试验分析。结合试验验证及运行经验造成,认为芯棒脆断是导致该复合绝缘子断裂的主要原因,并对运行复合绝缘子状态分析提出了建议。Taking the fracture fault of composite insulator of a 330 kV transmission line as an example,this paper describes the characteristics of composite insulator core rod damage,insulation sheath sealing failure and non acid resistant core rod,and makes an experimental analysis on the causes of the fault.Combined with the test verification and operation experience,it is considered that the brittle fracture of mandrel is the main cause of the fracture of the composite insulator,and some suggestions on the state analysis of the operating composite insulator are put forward.
