摘  要:针对某煤炭企业地面供电系统可靠性较低的现状,以其控制系统为研究对象,提出矿井地面供电系统的改造方案。完成了改进供电系统的结构设计、硬件设计和软件设计任务,采用现场试运行的方法验证改进地面供电系统运行情况,统计结果显示,改进供电系统的应用可降低系统故障率近15%,成功解决了地面供电系统可靠性较低的问题,同时,减少了供电系统约12%的故障排除时间,节省多名系统运维人员,降低了煤炭企业的生产成本,保证了井下掘进设备的安全可靠运行。In view of the low reliability of the ground power supply system in a coal enterprise,taking its control system as the research object,transformation of the mine ground power supply system is carried out in this paper.The structural design,hardware design and software design tasks of improving the power supply system are completed,and the method of field test validation is adopted to improve the operation situation of the ground power supply system.The results show that compared with the previous power supply system,application of the improved power system reduces the system failure rate by nearly 15%,which would successfully solve the problem of low reliability of the ground power supply system.At the same time,the troubleshooting time of power supply system is reduced by about 12%;it saves the system operation and maintenance personnel,reduces the production cost of coal enterprises,improves the production capacity and efficiency of coal,and ensures the safe and reliable operation of downhole tunneling equipment.
