摘  要:居家养老是我国的主流养老模式,老年人住宅厨卫光环境对养老生活质量有重要意义。当前我国老年住宅的照明设计标准规定不够全面,且有待实测研究,同时与国际标准相比指标偏低。本项研究通过老年人住宅厨卫空间实地调研、照度值测试的方式获取了32份有效数据样本。基于文献研究、现状照度测量和老年人需求问卷调研分析得出了厨卫光环境提升一般性设计策略。通过实地模拟照明测试老年人期望的理想照度值,分析统计数据得出了厨房洗菜池、切菜板、灶台和卫生间洗漱区、洗浴区、便溺区适老性的局部照度推荐值。Home care is the main supporting model for the aged in China,and the lighting environment of the kitchen and bathroom is of great significance to the life quality for the elderly.The current lighting design standards for elderly in China are not comprehensive enough,needing to be verified,and the illuminance values are lower compared with international standards.In this research,32 valid data samples of the elderly were obtained through on-site investigation on the kitchen and bathroom of their home,with illuminance values tested.Based on literature research,illuminance measurement,and analysis of questionnaire survey on the elderly’s demand,a series of universal design strategies for improving the lighting environment of the kitchen and bathroom was summarized.By approach of on-site lighting condition simulation,the ideal illuminance values expected by the elderly were tested.Finally,through data analysis,the recommended local illuminance values for such specific space were obtained,including the kitchen sink,cutting board,stove,bathroom washing area,bathing area,and defecation area.
