摘　　要：鉴于玻璃透镜成型的特殊性,介绍了玻璃热模压成型技术,规范了车灯用玻璃透镜的结构设计方法,研究了安装结构及定位方式,证明了玻璃透镜设计方法及定位、装配结构的合理性,对汽车前灯透镜模块的设计具有较好的指导意义。Due to the characteristics of glass lens molding,the structure design of glass lens for the automotive lamp was standardized,and its mounting structure and positioning method were studied.The rationality of design method of glass lens and its positioning and mounting structure are proved,which has significant guidance for the design of automotive headlamp lens module.
