摘  要:近年来,随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快和社区养老模式的兴起,居住区室外空间作为老年群体活动的重要场所越来越受到人们的关注。山地城市居住区室外其多陡坡与台地的地域性特点,对老年人居住环境适应性具有较大的影响,特别是夜间光环境的品质直接影响了老年人夜间出行与活动的安全。本文通过对重庆主城区多个典型居住区进行室外夜间光环境调研,包括针对老年群体的主观问卷调查以及地方道路和台阶区域照明参数的测量,结合相关标准,系统分析老龄化视角下山地城市居住区室外夜间光环境的现状和问题,提出相应的优化策略,为山地城市居住区夜间光环境的适老化设计与改善提供参考依据。In recent years,with the acceleration of the population aging process in our country and the emergence of community elderly care models,the outdoor space in residential areas has attracted more and more attention as an important place for the elderly.The geographical characteristics of mountainous urban residential areas with steep slopes and terraces have a greater impact on the adaptability of the elderly’s living environment,especially the quality of the night light environment directly affects the safety of the elderly’s night travel and activities.This paper conducts a survey of outdoor night light environment in many typical residential areas in the main urban area of Chongqing,including subjective questionnaire surveys for the elderly and the measurement of lighting parameters of local roads and step areas,combined with relevant standards,and systematically analyzes the living in mountainous cities from the perspective of aging.For the current status and problems of outdoor night light environment in the district,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed to provide a reference for the design and improvement of suitable aging of night light environment in mountainous urban residential areas.
