度普利尤单抗联合抗生素治疗感染性肉芽肿一例

摘　　要：感染性肉芽肿临床常见,如能找到致病菌,治疗相对简单。对于临床不能确定致病因素的感染性患者,用药疗效欠佳,导致患者反复就诊,严重影响患者的生活质量。本文报道一例复杂性感染性肉芽肿患者。给予反复病理及培养后仍不能明确致病菌,查找相关文献后给予度普利尤单抗联合传统的抗感染药物治疗,3周后,皮损改善明显,4个月后,患者原有皮损基本变平,大部分皮损消退。Cutaneous granulomatosis is clinically common.If the pathogenic bacteria is identified,the treatment will simple.The patients whose pathogenic factors cannot be identified,the efficacy of the medication is poor,which leads to repeated visits to the doctor and seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.We reported a case of complicated infectious granulomatosis in this paper with infection bacteria unidentified.After consulting the relevant literature,duplizumab combined with traditional anti-infective drugs was given.After 3 weeks of treatment,the lesions were significantly improved,and after 4 months,the most of the lesions subsided.
