摘  要:采用微波辅助加热对高硫石油焦脱硫及活化制备活性炭,通过FTIR,XPS,XRD以及拉曼光谱对脱硫前后石油焦中硫的赋存形态及硫化物存在形式进行表征,考察了工艺条件、碱焦质量比及原料种类等对活化脱硫效果和石油焦基活性炭品质的影响。实验结果表明,高硫石油焦中硫主要以噻吩类硫、硫醇硫醚类硫、亚砜类硫和无机盐类硫存在;在900℃、碱焦质量比3条件下,石油焦脱硫率达96.2%,可以制备出硫含量仅为0.33%(w)、比表面积高达2858 m^(2)/g的高比表面积活性炭。拉曼光谱分析结果表明,石油焦原料石墨晶粒越小,越容易活化,制得的活性炭产品比表面积越高。The high-sulfur petroleum coke(PC)was desulfurized and activated by microwave-assisted heating to prepare activated carbon.The morphology and transformation of sulfur in PC before and after desulfurization were characterized by FTIR,XPS and XRD.The effects of process condition,alkali-coke mass ratio and raw material type on desulfurization and the quality of PC-based activated carbon were studied.The experimental results show that sulfur in PC mainly exists in forms of thiophene sulfur,thioalcohol and thioether sulfur,sulfoxide sulfur and inorganic salt sulfur.Under the conditions of 900℃,alkali-coke mass ratio 3,the desulfurization rate of the PC can reach 96.2%,and activated carbon with a specific surface area up to 2858 m^(2)/g can be prepared,while its sulfur content is only 0.33%(w).Raman spectral analysis results show that the smaller the graphite grains of PC,the easier it is to activated,and the larger the specific surface area of the prepared activated carbon.
