摘 要:利用Aspen Plus软件对釜式水合反应流程进行了模拟,基于反应精馏技术提出并模拟了分壁式反应精馏生产叔戊醇的工艺流程,并与釜式水合反应模拟流程进行对比分析。实验结果表明,分壁式反应精馏打破了釜式水合反应的平衡、提高了原料单程的转化率;且能够显著降低助溶剂在均相反应体系中的含量,节约公用工程费用29.4%、降低总操作费用5.7%,为异戊烯水合工艺的过程强化和经济性提供了新思路。The kettle hydration reaction process was simulated by using Aspen Plus software.Based on reactive distillation technology,the manufacture process of tert-amyl alcohol was proposed and simulated through the reactive dividing-wall distillation,which was compared with the simulation process of the kettle hydration reaction.The experimental results show that the reactive dividing-wall distillation breaks the equilibrium of the kettle hydration reaction and increases the single pass conversion rate of the raw materials.Also,it could dramatically reduce the content of the co-solvent in the homogeneous reaction system,save the utility cost by 29.4%as well,and decrease the total operation cost by 5.7%,which provide an alternative strategy for the process reinforcement and economy of the isoamylene hydration process.
