摘  要:冷模拟条件下,以气速、温度和焦化蜡油含量为因素,以泡沫层体积、泡沫寿命和气泡直径为指标,设计了3因素4水平的正交实验对油基泡沫进行研究。实验结果表明,在所选水平内,对泡沫层体积的影响顺序为:温度>气速>焦化蜡油含量,对泡沫寿命的影响顺序为:温度>焦化蜡油含量>气速,对气泡直径的影响顺序为:温度>气速>焦化蜡油含量。温度对泡沫层体积影响显著、对泡沫寿命和气泡直径影响高度显著,气速对泡沫层体积有一定影响,焦化蜡油含量对泡沫寿命影响显著。Under cold simulation conditions,the effects of the gas velocity,temperature and coking wax oil content on the foam layer volume,foam life and bubble diameter are studied through multi-factor orthogonal experiments.The results show that,within the selected level,the order of influence on foam layer volume is temperature>gas velocity>coking wax oil content,the order of influence on foam life is temperature>coking wax oil content>gas velocity,the order of influence on bubble size is temperature>gas velocity>coking wax oil content.Temperature has a significant impact on foam layer volume,and a highly significant impact on foam life and bubble diameter.Gas velocity has a certain impact on foam layer volume.Coking wax oil content has a significant impact on foam life.
