摘　　要：目的探讨α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯(NBCA)胶在肾假性动脉瘤出血栓塞治疗应用中的安全性及有效性。资料与方法回顾性分析21例采用NBCA胶栓塞治疗肾假性动脉瘤的临床成功率、再出血率及栓塞相关并发症的发生情况。结果21例肾动脉假性动脉瘤均成功进行超选择性栓塞,其中19例使用NBCA胶栓塞治疗;联合使用NBCA胶及弹簧圈栓塞治疗2例。无再出血事件发生,临床成功率为100%,无严重并发症发生。结论应用NBCA胶栓塞治疗肾假性动脉瘤出血技术可行,止血有效率高,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。Purpose To evaluate the clinical safety and efficacy of embolization of n-butyl cyanoacrylate(NBCA)for renal pseudoaneurysms.Materials and Methods Twenty-one patients with renal pseudoaneurysms underwent endovascular embolization treatment of NBCA were retrospectively analyzed.The rate of treatment success,rebleeding and complications were further evaluated.Results A total of 21 renal artery pseudoaneurysms were finally selected,including 19 cases with NBCA and 2 cases combined with NBCA and coil.All patients were successfully super selectively embolized.The clinical success rate was up to 100%,without rebleeding and serious complications.Conclusion Transcatheter artery embolization with NBCA for hemorrhage is a feasible technology and a safe and effective method in patient with renal pseudoaneurysms.
