摘  要:制备了一种新型表面活性剂3-氯-2-羟丙基二甲基脱氢枞基氯化铵(DHAHPTMA),建立了一种以该表面活性剂为增感剂,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中痕量铜的新方法。考察了仪器工作条件、表面活性剂种类及用量、介质种类及用量、共存离子等对铜含量测定的影响,并对其增感机理进行了初探。实验结果表明,方法的检出限为0.002 mg·L^(-1),线性范围为0.01~1.40 mg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差不超过2.6%(n=6),加标回收率在98.7%~101.6%之间。A new type of cationic surfactant,3-dehydroabietylamino-2-hydroxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride(DHAHPTMA),was prepared,and used as a sensitizer to establish a new method for determination of trace copper in water.The effects of the working conditions of instrument,the type and dosage of surfactant,the type and dosage of medium,and the co-existing ions on the determination of copper content were investigated.Moreover,the mechanism of sensitization of DHAHPTMA was preliminary discussed.The experimental results indicated that the detection limit was 0.002 mg·L^(-1),the linear range was 0.01~1.40 mg·L^(-1),the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 2.6%,and the recoveries were 98.7%~101.4%.
