缬沙坦联合氨氯地平片治疗老年顽固性高血压的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究缬沙坦联合氨氯地平片治疗老年顽固性高血压患者的效果。方法:收治老年顽固性高血压患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平片治疗;试验组给予缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗后舒张压、收缩压水平均低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后脉压水平低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年顽固性高血压采用缬沙坦联合氨氯地平片治疗的效果更好。Objective:To study the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with refractory hypertension.Methods:80 elderly patients with refractory hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with valsartan combined with amlodipine tablets.Experimental group received valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the control group were lower than the experimental group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of pulse pressure in the control group was lower than the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan combined with amlodipine tablets is better in the treatment of senile refractory hypertension.
