观察老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者接受卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的临床疗效。方法:2020年1月-2021年2月收治老年AECOPD患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。对照组给予常规治疗;观察组加用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组药物不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗老年AECOPD患者,能够显著提升疗效,降低炎症反应,并提升机体免疫功能,同时安全性良好。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:From January 2020 to February 2021,74 elderly patients with AECOPD were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were higher than the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection in the treatment of elderly patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly improve the efficacy,reduce the inflammatory response,and improve the immune function,at the same time with good safety.
