股骨远端合并髁间复杂性骨折患者接受双侧锁定钢板治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析股骨远端合并髁间复杂性骨折患者接受双侧锁定钢板治疗的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年9月收治股骨远端合并髁间复杂性骨折患者52例,以治疗方式差异分为两组。常规组给予传统钢板手术治疗;研究组实施双侧锁定钢板手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗优良率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组骨折愈合时间、患肢功能恢复时间、骨不连及内固定断裂发生率均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对股骨远端合并髁间复杂性骨折患者给予双侧锁定钢板手术治疗,可有效确保手术优良率,减少骨折愈合时间,降低骨不连及内固定断裂的发生,且患肢功能恢复较好。Objective:To analyze the effect of bilateral locking plate treatment in patients with complex fracture of distal femur combined with intercondy.Methods:From January 2019 to September 2020,52 patients with complex fracture of distal femur combined with intercondy were selected.They were divided into the two groups based on the difference in treatment.The conventional group was given traditional plate surgery.The study group was given bilateral locking plate surgery.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time,the recovery time of affected limb function,the incidence of bone nonunion and internal fixation fracture in the study group were lower than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with complex fracture of distal femur combined with intercondy,the surgical treatment of bilateral locking plates can effectively ensure the excellent rate of operation,reduce the fracture healing time,reduce the occurrence of nonunion and internal fixation fracture,and the function of the affected limb recovery is better.
