摘　　要：目的:探究三金眩晕宁片治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位后残余症状患者的效果。方法:2002年7月-2021年7月收治良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位后残余症状患者480例,随机分为两组。两组均接受耳石复位法干预;对照组采用强力定眩片治疗;试验组给予三金眩晕宁片治疗。对比两组患者的恢复情况。结果:试验组治疗后眩晕障碍量表(DHI)各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三金眩晕宁片治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位后残余症状患者,临床效果显著,应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of Sanjin Xuanyunning tablet on 480 cases of residual symptoms after reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods:From July 2002 to July 2021,480 patients with residual symptoms after reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Both groups received otolith reduction intervention.The control group was treated with Qiangli Dingxuan tablet.The experimental group was treated with Sanjin Xuanyunning tablets.We compared the recovery of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of DHI in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Sanjin Xuanyunning tablet on 480 cases of residual symptoms after reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is significant,the application value is high.
