摘  要:目的:分析呼出气一氧化氮测定在儿童慢性咳嗽中的诊断价值。方法:2020年9月-2021年4月收治慢性咳嗽患儿70例,所有患儿均接受呼出气一氧化氮测定,分析检测结果。结果:非嗜酸性气道炎症患儿呼出气一氧化氮水平明显低于嗜酸性气道炎症和混合型气道炎症患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);嗜酸性气道炎症患儿呼出气一氧化氮水平明显高于混合型气道炎症患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性咳嗽患儿接受呼出气一氧化氮测定后,可以区分患儿气道炎症的性质及部位,进而可以为疾病的治疗提供科学依据,对提高治疗效果、改善预后有积极作用。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of determination of exhaled nitric oxide in children with chronic cough.Methods:From September 2020 to April 2021,70 children with chronic cough were selected.All children received the determination of exhaled nitric oxide.We analyzed the test results.Results:The level of exhaled nitric oxide in children with non eosinophilic airway inflammation was significantly lower than that in children with eosinophilic airway inflammation and mixed airway inflammation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of exhaled nitric oxide in children with eosinophilic airway inflammation was significantly higher than that in children with mixed airway inflammation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the determination of exhaled nitric oxide in children with chronic cough,it can distinguish the nature and location of airway inflammation,and then provide a scientific basis for the treatment of the disease,which plays a positive role in improving the treatment effect and prognosis.
