安全急救护理与细节管理在妇产科急危重症患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探究安全急救护理与细节管理在妇产科急危重症患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年8月妇产科急危重症患者44例,采用安全急救护理与细节管理。分析临床效果。结果:44例患者护理后疾病认知优良率、生活自理能力及生活活动能力评分均明显高于护理前,SAS及SDS评分均明显低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。44例患者护理总有效率为93.18%,治疗依从率为95.45%,护理满意度为97.73%,术后并发症发生率为4.54%。结论:安全急救护理与细节管理在妇产科急危重症患者的救治中能够发挥重要作用,提高患者对于疾病的认知,降低术后焦虑情绪,减少并发症发生,提升患者护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application value of safe emergency nursing and detail management in obstetrics and gynecology patients with acute critical illness.Methods:From March 2017 to August 2019,44 cases of acute and critical patients in obstetrics and gynecology were selected,and the clinical effects were observed through safe emergency nursing and detailed management.Results:After nursing,the patients'disease cognition rate,self-care ability and living activity scores were significantly higher than the before nursing,SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than the before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing was 93.18%,the treatment compliance rate was 95.45%,the nursing satisfaction rate was 97.73%,and the incidence of postoperative complications was 4.54%.Conclusion:Safe emergency nursing and detail management can play an important role in the treatment of obstetrics and gynecology patients with acute critical illness,can improve patients'cognition of the disease,reduce postoperative anxiety,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve nursing satisfaction.
