装载方式对纸塑包装超声乳化手柄灭菌后湿包率的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察不同装载方式下超声乳化手柄灭菌后的湿包发生情况。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年1月回收的超声乳化手柄230套,随机分为两组,各115套。对照组采用纸面朝下、塑面朝上侧放装载;观察组采用纸面朝下、塑面朝上平放装载。比较两组湿包发生率。结果:观察组湿包发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:纸塑包装超声乳化手柄平放装载,纸面朝下,塑料面朝上,可以减少灭菌后湿包的发生。Objective:To observe the occurrence of wet package after sterilization of phacoemulsification handle under different loading modes.Methods:From December 2018 to January 2019,230 sets of recycled phacoemulsification handles were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 115 sets in each group.The control group was loaded with paper face down and plastic face up.The observation group was loaded with paper face down and plastic face up.We compared the incidence of wet packet between the two groups.Results:The incidence of wet bag in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the flat loading of paper plastic packaging phacoemulsification handle,the paper side down and plastic side up can reduce the occurrence of wet package after sterilization.
