摘 要:传统浓缩加药时,仅凭人工观测澄清层液面达不到提前预警和及时调整浓缩加药量的目的,并且浓缩池内部浓度场分布未知会经常出现加药调整过度或不足等问题,针对这些问题,提出一种无动力多层位浓缩机透明化监测方法,并对装置结构进行了研究、设计与实际应用;结果表明,采用该装置可观测浓缩池内部多个层位的浓度,解决了浓缩机澄清层监测盲点,实现了及时精准地调整浓缩加药量,降低了药剂消耗,为浓缩系统稳定运行提供了保障。To solve the problems in traditional way of feeding reagents in thickeners,such as failure of early warning or timely adjustment of dosage for thickeners by just observing the liquid level of the clarified layer,and excessive or insufficient dosage adjustment due to unknown concentration field distribution in the thickening tank,this paper proposed a transparent monitoring method for unpowered multi-level thickener.The device structure was studied and designed and the device was applied in practice.The results showed that the device can be used to observe the concentration of multiple layers in the thickening tank,eliminate the blind spot in monitoring the clarify layer of the thickener,timely and accurate adjusting the dosage for thickeners,and reduce the drug consumption,thus ensuring the stable operation of the thickening system.
