摘  要:阐述了平煤八矿选煤厂的1000 t筒仓在使用中存在煤炭挂壁、下料堵塞等问题,不仅需要定时停产疏通,而且即使疏通以后,仓容也下降一半以上,严重影响了公司的运营效率。为了能从根本上解决筒仓挂壁和堵仓问题,在不变动筒仓原始设计结构的基础上,通过增加筒仓锥底工作面坡度、使用憎水自润滑型抗磨料作为耐磨面层的方法来改善挂壁、底积和下料堵塞现象。改造后,经过近半年的实际使用,筒仓的仓容与未改造前相比提高了30%以上,并且未再出现因堵仓而中断运营的情况,取得了比较好的改造效果。The 1000 t silo of the coal preparation plant is used,which not only need to stop production regularly for dredging,but also even after dredging,the warehouse capacity also decreased by more than half,seriously affecting the operation efficiency of the company.In order to fundamentally solve the problem of wall hanging and blocking of the silo,on the basis of not changing the original design structure of the silo,the wall hanging,bottom accumulation and material blockage are improved by increasing the working surface slope of the silo and the use of repellent self-lubricating anti-abrasive material as the wear-resistant surface layer.After the transformation,after nearly half a year of actual use,the warehouse capacity of the silo has increased by more than 30%,and there is no operation interruption due to the blockage of the warehouse,which has achieved a good transformation effect.
