淮北矿业集团煤炭洗选加工现状分析及展望

摘　　要：介绍了淮北矿业集团公司煤炭资源特性、矿区选煤厂布局、煤炭洗选加工优势、洗选工艺技术创新等基本情况,阐述了淮北矿业重介选煤工艺、大型高效洗选设备、创新新型脱泥浮选工艺、新型煤泥水处理工艺、复合干法风力排矸、动力线性配洗工艺、煤泥干燥等选煤技术;并对后期淮北矿业洗选加工展望,探索炼焦煤煤种资源特性研究及加强新技术、新工艺、新材料实践运用,深度探索研究精煤降灰、降水技术,推进精煤产品柔性定制化生产。In this paper,it introduces the basic situation of coal resource characteristics,coal preparation plant layout,advantages of coal washing and processing,technological innovation of washing process of Huaibei Mining Group Company,and elaborates coal processing technologies such as promotion of heavy medium coal coal preparation process,large and efficient washing equipment,innovative new desliming flotation process,new coal sludge water treatment process,composite dry wind gangue discharge,power linear matching washing process and coal sludge drying of Huaibei Mining Industry;This paper also prospects on the later stage of Huaibei Mining's washing and processing,exploring the research on the resource characteristics of coking coal types and strengthening the practical application of new technologies,new processes and new materials,while deeply exploring the research on ash and water reduction technologies for refined coal,and promoting the flexible and customized production of refined coal products.
