摘  要:一般,重介质选煤厂块煤和末煤系统的介质系统相互独立运行,工艺系统复杂,投资较高;新窑选煤厂设计采用一套新的工艺流程,块煤和末煤系统共用一套介质回收系统和脱介系统,整个系统灵活、简单、实用,节省了投资。选煤厂投产后,工艺系统运行稳定,分选精度高,运营费用低,达到了预期的效果,而且介耗非常低,吨煤介耗只有0.25 kg。Generally,the medium systems of lump coal and final coal system in the coal preparation plant with heavy medium operate independently,the process system is complex and the investment is high;The design of coal preparation plant adopts a new process flow.The lump coal and end coal systems share a set of medium recovery system and demineralization system.The whole system is flexible,simple and practical,saving investment.After the coal preparation plant is put into operation,the process system operates stably,the separation accuracy is high,the operation cost is low,the expected effect is achieved,and the medium consumption is very low,and the medium consumption per ton of coal is only 0.25 kg.
