摘  要:材料的最小切削厚度决定了加工时的最小去除量,同时是精密切削加工中选取切削参数的重要依据。设计正交试验,通过观察表面完整性对Inconel 718微切削最小切削厚度进行了分析。基于ABAQUS软件的CEL切削仿真技术建立了Inconel 718微切削最小切削厚度预测模型,并对Inconel 718微切削最小切削厚度进行了预测。综合仿真与试验结果,得出Inconel 718微切削最小切削厚度范围为7~15μm。The minimum cutting thickness of a material determines the minimum removal level during machining process,and it is an important basis for parameter selection in precision cutting.In this paper,based on the CEL cutting simulation technology of ABAQUS,the Inconel 718 micro-cutting minimum cutting thickness prediction model is established,and the minimum cutting thickness of Inconel 718 micro-cutting is predicted.And then an orthogonal cutting experiment is carried out to analyze the minimum cutting thickness of Inconel 718 through surface integrity.Combining simulation and experiment results show that the minimum cutting thickness range of Inconel 718 micro-cutting is 7~15μm.
