摘  要:针对内外梯形螺纹牙型角测量方法可行性差和精度低等问题,提出了基于齿厚数显卡尺对其牙型角进行测量的方法,并利用Visual Basic可视化编程软件进行计算,得出丝杠牙型角的实测值。为了验证该方法的可行性,利用轮廓测量仪对螺母环规实际牙型进行扫描和对比分析。分析可得,齿厚数显卡尺测量牙型角的误差百分比最大为0.17,最小为0.03。在车间生产中精确测量螺纹牙型角时,该方法有利于提高生产质量,实现了在机测量。Aiming at the problems of poor feasibility and low accuracy of inner and outer thread profile angle measurement methods,based on tooth thickness digital caliper,a method is proposed to measure the profile angle of internal and external threads and by Visual Basic to calculate it.The actual measured value of the screw thread angle is obtained.In order to verify the feasibility of this method,a profile measuring instrument is used to scan the actual tooth profile of the nut ring gauge for comparative analysis.The analysis shows that the maximum error percentage of the tooth thickness digital caliper is 0.17 and the minimum is 0.03.It can be used as a convenient method to accurately measure the thread profile angle in workshop production,which is beneficial to improve production quality and realize on-machine measurement.
