摘　　要：目的总结上海市质子重离子医院开展质子重离子放射治疗技术应用培训的实践经验,加快人才队伍建设,从而进一步推动质子重离子放射治疗技术在国内的应用。方法选取2016—2020年在医院完成培训的77名人员为调查对象,使用Excel对数据进行录入与处理,采用描述性统计方法分析人员一般情况特征、培养模式以及培训对象对培训效果的满意度评价。结果两组调查对象在培养模式方面既存在共同点,又存在不同之处。关于培训效果,77.92%的人员对指定带教导师的专业能力、业务水平表示满意,89.61%的人员认为通过本次培训,个人在专业能力、业务水平方面收获很多,67.53%的人员认为对自我发展及工作绩效提升很有帮助。开放式访谈中,医院先进的质子重离子设备和技术以及医院整体建筑环境为学员最满意部分。结论质子重离子放射治疗应用规范化培训的实施弥补了国内质子重离子放射治疗培训基地的空白,为国内同类医疗机构、相关企业培养了优秀的质子重离子放射治疗专业人才。医院应充分利用现有核心竞争力,加快培训基地建设,推广人才培养模式,从而造福更多的肿瘤患者及家庭。Objective To summarize the practical experience of the application training of proton and heavy ion radiotherapy technology in Shanghai Proton and Heavy Ion Center,and to accelerate the construction of talent team,so as to further promote the application of proton heavy and ion radiotherapy technology in China.Methods A total of 77 personnel who completed training in hospitals from 2016 to 2020 were selected as the subjects of research.Excel was used to enter and process the data.Descriptive statistical methods were adopted to analyze the general characteristics of the personnel,the training mode,and the evaluation of the trainees'satisfaction with the training.Results There were both similarities and differences in training mode between the two groups.In terms of the training effect,77.92%of the personnel were satisfied with the professional capacity and vocational level of the designated instructors,89.61%of the personnel believed that their professional capacity and vocational level benefited a lot from the training,and 67.53%of the personnel thought that it greatly helps with self-development and the improvement of job performance.In the open-end interview,the trainees were most satisfied with the advanced proton and heavy ion equipment and technology and the overall building environment of the hospital.Conclusion The implementation of standardized application training of proton and heavy ion radiotherapy has made up for the blank of domestic proton and heavy ion radiotherapy training base and has trained excellent proton and heavy ion radiotherapy professionals for similar medical institutions and related enterprises in China.Hospitals should make full use of the existing core competitiveness,speed up the construction of training bases and promote the talent training mode to benefit more cancer patients and their families.
