红军长征中群众宣传工作的基本策略及现实启示

摘　　要：红军长征中的群众宣传工作是基于极其特殊的作战环境和地理环境。长征途中,党和红军始终将群众宣传工作置于极端重要地位,并以其成功的宣传策略保障了宣传工作实效。一是根据行军作战和白区群众的特殊性,有针对性地开展群众宣传;二是严守群众纪律,维护群众利益,以实际行动影响和教育群众;三是宣传党的民族政策,尊重少数民族风俗习惯和宗教信仰。红军长征中群众宣传工作给我们留下了重要的现实启示。一是要重视群众宣传工作,把群众宣传工作摆在全局工作的重要位置;二是群众宣传工作要把握特殊性,体现针对性,做到有的放矢;三是群众宣传工作要注重发挥行动宣传的力量,尤其抓好"关键少数"。The mass propaganda work in the Red Army’s Long March was based on the special combat environment and geographical environment.In the Long March,the Chinese Communist Party and the Red Army always put the mass propaganda work in extreme importance,and took successful propaganda strategy thus to ensure the effect of propaganda work.First,the Chinese Communist Party and the Red Army carried out the mass propaganda work specifically according to the particularity of marching combat and the masses of the White Area.Second,the Chinese Communist Party and the Red Army carried out the mass propaganda work by actual action,such as observing the discipline strictly and maintaining the public interests.Third,the Chinese Communist Party and the Red Army promoted the Party’s ethnic policies and respected ethnic minority customs and religious beliefs.The basic strategy of mass propaganda work in the Red Army’s Long March gives us important enlightenment.First of all,we should attach importance to the mass propaganda work and put the mass propaganda work in an important position in the overall work.In addition,we should grasp the particularity and reflect the pertinence and have a definite goal in the mass propaganda work.Furthermore,we should pay attention to exerting the power of action in the mass propaganda work,especially the performance of “key minority”.
