摘 要:探索如何从过程控制角度提高中药制药过程的效率。以某企业浓缩装置为例,针对其浓缩过程控制中存在的问题,设计了基于动态矩阵控制算法的控制器并投入应用。控制器能够自动调节加热设备,控制浓缩过程的温度和蒸发量在设定值。控制器投用后可以降低浓缩过程中温度的波动约30%,将有利于设备结垢、热敏成分损失等问题的解决。The paper explores how to improve the efficiency of the Chinese medicianl pharmaceutical process from the perspective of process control.Taking the concentration device of a certain enterprise as an example,a controller based on dynamic matrix control algorithm was designed and put into application in view of the problems existing in the control of the concentration process.The controller can automatically adjust the heating equipment to control the temperature and evaporation of the concentration process at the set value.After the controller is put into use,the temperature fluctuation during the concentration process can be reduced by about 30%,which will help solve the problems of equipment fouling and heat-sensitive component loss.
